With radiant Orchid the Pantone Colour of the Year, pinks, and more specifically hot pinks are all the go. We're finding the rhinestone and bead colour 'Fuchsia' to be in hot demand this season, especially for performance wear for genre such as dancesport, gymnastics and burlesque. As neither Swarovski or Preciosa do a REALLY hot pink, often Fuchsia (and sometimes Rose), are required to work hard to make the pink sing! Often this can mean that a touch of Crystal or Crystal AB adds to the glimmer and sparkle, and takes the eye aways from the pink if if it not exactly the same colour match.
